One thing worth flagging up front: there's essentially no official Canadian statistic on the FSBO share of the market. TRREB publishes MLS® market data, but it doesn't track a separate "sold by owner, no agent" category. So numbers like "5% FSBO in Canada" should be treated as third-party estimates, not as CREA/TRREB statistics.
